6 year old - Sherry Cask Finished
Nose: Stone fruit to the forefront with a bicuity fruit cake in the middle. Finishing with a bitter coffee.
Taste: Light green oak with dry berry notes on the back end.
Finish: Light finish with roasted nut (macadamia) coming through towards the end.
