Sambuca

Sambuca, an Italian liqueur, is known for its anise flavour and is typically colourless. The most popular type, often called white sambuca, is distinct from other variations that come in deep blue or bright red hues. Similar to other anise-flavoured liqueurs, Sambuca can exhibit the ouzo effect when mixed with water.
