Teso La Monja is an Eguren family bodega in Toro DO in north-west Spain. Toro's defining grape is Tinta de Toro (the local Tempranillo clone) — bigger fruit, deeper extraction than Rioja Tempranillo. The Alabaster (single-vineyard Tinta de Toro) is the flagship. Iberian peninsula's most concentrated Tempranillo.
