Aroma: A precise lift of fresh lime zest, delicate white peach, and jasmine leads the bouquet. This primary intensity is layered with complex secondary notes of warm brioche, white floral blossom, and a distinct minerality marked by fresh salinity and the flinty character of wet stone derived from extended lees contacy.
Palate: The palate is immediately vibrant and focused, displaying a tightly coiled core of preserved apricot and subtle green melon notes. The partial malolactic conversion lends a luxurious, creamy density to the mid-palate, which is beautifully framed by bright, persistent, saline-like mineral-driven acidity.
