Tasting note: Clear, brilliant, slightly viscous appearance. Strong yeast, fruit bread and caper-like aromas. Entry is smooth, warming and mildly tingly with olive bread and fruity flavours (plum, grape) laced with white pepper. Good concentration and balance. Slightly waxy, oily texture.
