In the mouth it shows lovely volume and flavour, with the usual 'over-wintering' on lees adding a subtle creaminess to the texture, nicely rounding out the succulent, racy and dry finish. Classic Alsace Riesling from a terrific vintage. Serve with anything seafood, Alsatian choucroute or a soft cheese.'
