About Fattoria Collazzi.

Fattoria Collazzi is a Tuscan estate at San Casciano Val di Pesa, south of Florence, producing a single Toscana IGT red wine from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Sangiovese. The sixteenth-century villa on the property was designed by architect Niccolò Tribolo. The estate is owned by the Marchi family, related to the Antinori family of Tuscany.

The Collazzi estate sits in Impruneta in the Colli Fiorentini, on the ridge of hills between Florence and the Chianti Classico zone. The Marchi family, known for architecture in Florence, developed the vineyard from the late 1990s. The main Collazzi wine is an IGT Toscana blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Cabernet Franc, aged in French oak barrique. The style is intentionally structured and age-oriented.
