Domaine Cauhapé is a Jurançon estate in the foothills of the western Pyrenees, run by Henri Ramonteu since 1980. The estate works around 40 hectares planted to Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng — the two indigenous white varieties that define Jurançon's late-harvest sweet and dry wines.
