Brackenwood Nebbiolo 2021

Planted on a slope of Ironstone and quartz soils the Nebbiolo is cane pruned and is the last variety we harvest. 35% whole bunch fermented the wine spends two years on French oak before being bottled.

The final wine has lifted notes of tea leaf and tobacco with dark cherry and dried rose petals. The palate has wild strawberries, cherry with lingering ironstone minerals acidity. This wine is transparent but don't be deceived it has great depth.
