Henri Bardouin Pastis is considered by many to be one of the finest exrpressions of Grand Cru Pastis produced in France today.
Traditional and modern techniques see over 50 plants, herbs and spices, sourced mostly from Provence, combined and distilled to create a liqueur of great complexity and balance.
Best served with a good measure of chilled, filtered water (1 to 7 recommended) to create a refreshing, aromatic drink.
Add grenadine for a "tomate", mint syrup for a "peroquet" and orgeat/ almond syrup for a "morresque".
