This wine still has an uncanny edge of green hue in the glass. Lemon curd and deeper white florals take the lead here, with subtle toasty notes and almond following. A medium frame carries delicate, chalky texture and soft acidity, creating poise and balance from start to finish, with plenty of freshness and life for some time to come.

This is just starting to show those complex, secondary lemon toast aromas whilst still being full of citrus and floral scents together with a little lemongrass and oyster shell. Fills out beautifully on the gently textured and very tasty palate and with more than enough backbone to warrant further cellaring. Lovely wine."
