Yellow straw colour with green reflections. On the nose it is complex and medium
intense, marked by aromas of white fruits and flowers, fennel and a balsamic base. On
the palate it is complex, glycerol, vertical, with a final bitterness which lengthens the
feeling in the mouth and extends the long finish.
