Made from a strict selection of grape skins obtained from high quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes from the vinification of the red wine Capo di Stato. Distillation is made in small copper stills according to the traditional “bain-marie” discontinuous method.
