Albizzia 2023 has a delicate straw yellow colour . The smell ranges from fresh fruity notes reminiscent of citrus and green apple to more intense notes of exotic fruit; floral notes that recall chamomile also accompany the nose. The balsamic nuances are also beautiful. The alcohol-acid balance on the palate is marvellous, accompanied by a slight savouriness on the finish.
Wine pairing: Excellent as an apéritif, it goes well with delicately flavoured cured meats such as sweet ham. Perfect together with pasta tossed with vegetables or lightly flavoured fish.
