Fermented in a mix of small oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of peach and melon mix with some citrus and delicate spice note. Ripe peach, tropical fruit and melon flavours overlay a toasty oak and spice back drop. Soft acidity with a texturally round feel and fruit driven finish.
