The selection of "Amaro d’Erbe DiBerta" is made using the original recipè of father Paolo, in the most faithful Piedmontese tradition. It comes about by the knowing mixing of watered-down alcohol, sugar, distillated and infused chosen herbs, aromatic roots and natural aromes.
The organolettiche characteristics are exhalted by the slow refinement in tonneaux used for the Vintage grappe.
