They will generally be sourced from our quality suppliers and will fill niches in our portfolio. Wines will eventually cover a range of varieties and wine styles from various regions, without being limited to single varieties or regions.
Cork Cutters performs the traditional (Old World) roll of Wine Negociant to provide exceptional value wines, matched to the best vineyards. 80 year old vines, Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre.
We have one rule when it comes to the vines and winemaking, Benign Neglect. Less is more. Less fertilizers, less pesticides and less intervention.
