What it tastes like.

Frapin VSOP Grande Champagne Cognac — 100% Grande Champagne Premier Cru, from the estate-owned Frapin family domaine at Ségonzac. Frapin has farmed and distilled on these vineyards since 1270.

The VSOP is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged in Limousin oak for between four and a dozen years, picked across the cellars to give a complete Grande Champagne expression at this age tier — finer and more floral than VSOPs from broader cognac sub-zones.

Vine flower, dried apricot, vanilla, lime blossom and a gentle Limousin oak spice. The palate is rounded and elegant, with the floral Grande Champagne signature, soft toasted notes and a long, dry, finely textured finish. Sip neat, over a single rock, or in a Sidecar.
