Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Caravan ships around Australia with bottle-safe packing, tracking, and age-check delivery requirements.

How much is shipping?

The live shipping rate appears at checkout after the address is entered. If an order is unusually bulky or remote, the team will confirm the best option before it moves.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch timing depends on stock location, courier pickup, and destination. Brisbane orders are usually the fastest; interstate and remote orders take longer and receive tracking once booked.

Can I collect from your store?

Yes. Pick-up is by arrangement from 16 Prospect St, Fortitude Valley. Wait for the team to confirm the order is ready before visiting.

What happens if a bottle breaks in transit?

Take photos of the box and bottle, then contact the team as soon as possible. Caravan will arrange the practical fix, usually a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown in Shopify checkout. Card and accelerated checkout options appear there when enabled.

Can I order over the phone or by email?

Yes. Use the contact page when you want a human to help with a gift, a mixed six, an allocation bottle, or a larger order.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One bottle works. Mixed-six offers only apply when the cart meets the offer rules.

Do you handle larger or corporate gift orders?

Yes. Contact the team with timing, budget, delivery details, and the number of recipients so they can steer the order properly.

Products & recommendations

Can I mix wine, spirits, sake, and Champagne in one six?

Yes. Eligible bottles can be mixed across categories, and the cart will show the offer when the order qualifies.

Can I ask for bottle advice?

Yes. Send the occasion, budget, food, and what the person already likes. The answer should be a short list with reasons, not an upsell.

Where can I read tasting notes?

Product pages carry the available notes. When a bottle is missing detail, ask the team; the catalogue is still being filled out during the Caravan build.

Do you stock organic and biodynamic wines?

Yes, where producers and product data support it. Use the filters where available, or ask the team if low-intervention farming is the priority.

Can you help me build a cellar?

Yes. Share your budget, drinking window, and style preferences, and the team can suggest a practical six, twelve, or longer cellar path.

Accounts, allocations & returns

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is fine. An account is useful for saved details, order history, and future allocation workflows.

What does allocated mean?

Some bottles arrive in tiny quantities. Caravan may hold those for allocation lists or direct customer requests before listing the balance publicly.

What if my bottle is corked or faulty?

Contact the team with the bottle details and photos. Faults are handled case by case, but the goal is simple: make the order right.

Can I return a bottle I no longer want?

Contact the team before sending anything back. The bottle must be unopened and in saleable condition, and the return path depends on the order.

How do you handle my personal data?

Checkout and customer data are handled through Shopify and the store privacy policy. Marketing emails are opt-in and can be unsubscribed from.
