Made from 90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Chardonnay in the methode traditionelle with 24 months ageing sur latte and bottled with low dosage of just 5g/l. This is made from the 'coeur de presse' (heart of the press juice which has the purest expression of fruit). Dry and vinous on the palate and fresh and lively, a perfect aperitif style.
