La FΓ©e Absinthe Blanche SupΓ©rieure was first distilled in 2011 in association with the MusΓ©e de l’Absinthe, Auvers-sur-Oise, France, and its founder and curator, Marie-Claude Delahaye. It is distilled in copper stills at the Cherry Rocher distillery in the RhΓ΄ne-Alpes region of south-east France and contains 11 different herbs and spices, including Artemisia absinthium (Grande Wormwood) and Artemisia pontica (Petite Wormwood).Β ο»Ώ53% ABV.

The company works with the MusΓ©e de l'Absinthe at Auvers-sur-Oise and with historian Marie-Claude Delahaye. The range includes Absinthe Parisienne (French-style) and La FΓ©e BohΓ©mienne (Czech-style), both made to traditional pre-ban recipes.
