Rhum J.M
J.M Rhum Dame Jeanne
What it tastes like.
JM rums present a new limited edition series: La Dame Jeanne. This first cuvΓ©e is a blend of cask strength from very old vintages selected by Karine Lassalle, Cellar Master of JM.
A blend of rum from 6 to 15 years old, the breakdown of which is as follows: Vintage 2004 (15 years old, 11.8%, US Bourbon oak barrel), 2005 (15 years old, 12.7%, US Bourbon oak barrel), 2009 (11 years, 6.5%, US Bourbon oak barrel), 2013 (7 years, 16%, FR ChΓ’teau Longue M oak barrel), 2013 (7 years, 16.5%, FR Trolong oak barrel Mondot) and 2014 (6 years, 36.5%, FR Tremeaux M+ oak barrel)
The design is not to be outdone, the bottle is a reproduction of a Lady Jeanne in the colours of Rhum JM (formerly used at the distillery to store old rums that have reached 10 years of age) accompanied by a wooden case.
Tasting note provided by the producer:Β
A perfect balance between the fruity notes of the nose and the subtle spices of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg enhanced by notes of cocoa beans for the structure and blond tobacco for an incomparable volume.

About Rhum J.M.

Temperature
Room temperature. No ice for the first pour β taste the spirit before diluting.
Before you open it.
A few practical answers for storage, delivery, and choosing the right bottle.
How should I store it before opening?
Keep it somewhere cool, dark, and steady. Wine prefers cellar temperature; spirits are happier away from heat and direct sunlight.
How long will it keep once opened?
Wine changes quickly after opening; spirits and liqueurs generally hold longer if capped tightly and kept out of heat. If it is a special bottle, ask before opening and the team can give product-specific guidance.
Can I ask for a similar bottle?
Yes. Contact Caravan with this bottle name and the occasion; the team can suggest a close match, a safer gift, or a step up or down in price.
How is it packed for delivery?
Orders are packed in bottle-safe cartons. If anything arrives damaged or looks wrong, contact the team with your order number and a photo so they can sort the next step.
What about hot weather shipping?
The team avoids making one-size-fits-all promises around heat and carrier timing. For heat-sensitive or cellar bottles, contact Caravan before ordering and they can advise the safest dispatch window.
