Made at the JM distillery according to the ancestral tradition of the House, this old JM VO rum is made from sugar cane grown exclusively on the sunny plateaus of the Habitation Bellevue. This JM rum has been kept in white oak barrels - previously burnt - for a minimum of 3 years. JM's air-conditioned cellars ensure a constant temperature and humidity, ideal conditions for high quality ageing.
