Aged in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished with Applewood & Oak, this provides a bold flavour balanced with genuine, bright apple notes and subtle sweetness. Cut with limestone water from the legendary mines in Rosendale, NY and non-chill filtered for the deepest flavour. The aroma of apple cider doughnuts and taste profile of bittersweet smoke and anise. The whiskey is proofed with mineral water from the Widow Jane Mine, a former limestone quarry near Rosendale in upstate New York that supplied stone for landmarks including the Statue of Liberty's pedestal.
