What it tastes like.

A dessert wine made exclusively from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes. The grapes are sun-raisined and then aged in American oak barrels using the traditional "criaderas" and "soleras" system.

Brilliant mahogany hue with iodized undertones. Intense on the nose, with raisined fruit, coffee caramel, rich chocolate and subtle traces of liqueur. The palate is elegant and generous, with roasted coffee, chocolate and sultanas, and a long-lasting finish.

A natural match for haute cuisine and blue cheeses.
