A robust London Dry-style gin, infused with juniper at three stages for a delicious-savoury profile. The botanical blend features generous doses of juniper, orange and grapefruit, backed by cardamom, angelica root, orris root and pink peppercorns.

Nosferatu Distillery launched in May 2018, founded by a team whose interests spanned arts and bartending — particularly Pimm's, Campari, and gin. The original operation was Melbourne-based and used a vintage caravan as a mobile cellar door for events; the distillery later migrated north to Bowen Hills in Brisbane, where it now operates with a permanent bar and tasting room.
