What it tastes like.
Our very first single barrel release and our first cask strength release.
This rum is one of our cleaner fermentations and lower on funky esters than our other releases allowing the focus to shift toward the cask.
In this case a muscat cask from Rutherglen.
The nose of this rum is very fruit forward, particularly focused on dried fruits while displaying strong aromatics of raisin and plum.
Mouthfeel is fantastic owed to its muscat cask, there is sweetness present from the cask but it is by no means overbearing.
THIS IS A ONE OFF RELEASE AND IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF BOTTLES IN OUR BARREL.
