Comprised from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc varieties, this wine enjoys the best of both worlds with a low load and balanced maturation. Sweet and savoury flavours combine to result in a full mouth flavouring with a fresh finish.

Nose: Citrusy hints of cedar blend together with sensations of apple.

Flavour: The wine is full in the mouth but also fresh, savoury and persistent.
