Pale yellow in colour, showing plenty of tropical fruits, melon, stone fruit, with very slight notes of spice. Nicely structured on the palate, lean and textural with a mild acidity that keeps it fresh through to the finish.
Made with Organic Grapes is produced from certified organic trellised vineyards of Macabeo planted primarily in the limits of DO Manchuela between 600m and 700m above sea level.
