What it tastes like.

Raised 100% in stainless steel tank to retain freshness and precision. This comes substantially from Champ Forey to the east of the village, with a small proportion from En La Caillée, just to the south of the village. Very expressive, fresh and lively with even a hint of exotic fruits, finishing bright and crisp with zesty acidity.

Family domaine in Marsannay, northern Côte de Nuits. Bertrand and Isabelle Collotte run the estate with vineyards across Marsannay, Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin and adjacent climats. Known in the village for the Marsannay 'Grasses Têtes' cuvée and a small range of Gevrey-Chambertin village wines.
