Distillerie Metté is a small artisanal eau-de-vie distillery at 9 rue des Tanneurs in Ribeauvillé, Haut-Rhin — the heart of Alsace fruit-spirit tradition. The maison produces 88+ expressions of fruit and berry eaux-de-vie distilled by hand from local fruit picked at peak ripeness, fermented without added sugar or yeast, and double-distilled in 100L Charentais-style copper pot stills. Bottled by hand to order.
