What it tastes like.

Traditional Gambetta with sparkling water will be the french version of a most famous soda pop and quite similar to an Italian Chinotto as well as being part of inspired cocktails. It is made by the maceration of plants, fruits and barks of plants (about fifty including mandarin, gentian) and added caramel, sugar and citric acid. \n \nThis iconic drink that, originally was normally enjoyed as an aperitif, reveals a slightly tart sweet caramel taste.
