This wine, produced in the renowned wine-growing area of Asti, is the result of a careful selection of Barbera grapes and a vinification process that aims to enhance their best characteristics.
Visually, it presents a deep ruby red colour, enriched with purple nuances that underline its youth and vitality. On the nose, the wine offers an intense aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, together with hints of spices and a light touch of wood, the result of skilful aging in barrique.
In the mouth, the wine reveals a robust but harmonious structure. The tannins are well present but soft, and the typical acidity of the Barbera grape gives the wine a pleasant freshness. There are flavours of ripe fruit and spices, with a slightly toasted aftertaste that adds complexity and depth.
