"The Muzard family has farmed vines in Santenay since 1645. The current domaine was set up under Lucien Muzard's name in the 1960s and is now run by his sons Claude and Hervé, the ninth generation in the line. The estate covers 16 hectares, with the largest concentration in Santenay — including the 1er Crus Maladière, Gravières and Clos Faubard — plus parcels in Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet.
