Producer profile

The Fee family established the business in Rochester, New York, in 1864, originally as a wholesaler of wine, liquor, beer and prepared cocktail products. The bitters line came later and is now the brand's main international profile. Joe Fee, the fourth generation, drove the bitters revival from the 1990s onward.
