"Domaine Schoffit is based in Colmar in the Haut-Rhin, with the family's standout vineyard parcels lying further south at Thann. The Rangen de Thann Grand Cru — the southernmost Grand Cru in Alsace and the only one on volcanic terroir — is the domaine's signature site; its steep, dark soils produce structured, mineral-driven wines from Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer.
