What it tastes like.

Pale green-tinged yellow. Delicate, fresh aromas of pear, flowers, hazelnut, and wild herbs. Brisk lime and fresh herb flavours are given clarity and cut by harmonious acids. Finishes vibrant, fruity and with decent persistence; a very good entry-level Fiano di Avellino.

Feudi di San Gregorio was founded in 1986 in Sorbo Serpico, in the Irpinia hills of Campania, southern Italy. The estate focuses on indigenous Campanian varieties: Fiano for Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco for Greco di Tufo DOCG, and Aglianico for Taurasi DOCG. The producer also makes Falanghina del Sannio and holds separate vineyard operations in Sicily.
