What it tastes like.

Cork Cutters Benign Neglect Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaide Hills.

Cork Cutters performs the traditional (Old World) roll of Wine Negociant to provide exceptional value wines, matched to the best vineyards. 
We have one rule when it comes to the vines and winemaking, Benign Neglect. Less is more. Less fertilizers, less pesticides and less intervention. 

WINEMAKING: Sauvignon blanc grapes were harvested in the cool of night and delivered directly to the winery. The sauvignon blanc grapes were immediately crushed, destemmed and pressed to stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. After ferment the wine was left on fine lees for 3 months to build texture then racked.

TASTING NOTES: Brilliant platinum with green hues.Kaffir lime, green apple skin, gooseberry, nettle leaf and lemon thyme. Clean, crisp and fresh. Finger lime, lemongrass and guava. A long textural and mineral finish.
