Expect a yellow-straw colour with green reflections, and a complex, medium-intensity nose of white fruit, white flowers, fennel and a balsamic touch. The palate is full and glycerol-textured, with a long, slightly bitter, vertical finish that lengthens nicely. Fermented in 3,500-litre French oak foudres and aged on fine lees with battonage for seven months.
