Distilled in 1994 and aged in Gascon oak for around three decades before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFrom estate-grown and selected grower-sourced ugni blanc, distilled on the family's own traditional continuous column still and aged in 400L Gascon oak casks in the Delord cellars. Bottled with no caramel and no chill-filtration, in the Delord house style.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCrystallised orange, dried apricot, fig, walnut, leather, vanilla and aged Gascon oak. The palate is rounded and refined, with developing rancio, sweet dried fruit, baking spice and a long, dry close.
